Returns Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be in the same condition as received, unopened, and in original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Return Process:
- Log in to your customer account to access our self-serve returns portal. If you don't have an account yet, you can create one here.
- Once logged in, navigate to the 'Orders' section and select the order you wish to return.
- Follow the prompts to initiate a return. If approved, you will receive a free return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back without first requesting a return through our portal will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at support@dottirskin.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Sales Items and Gift Cards:
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
To ensure you get what you want, return the item you have through our self-serve returns portal, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 3-Day Cooling Off Period:
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds:
You will be notified once your return is received and inspected. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
